SkillCash collects information you provide when you create an account, enter a tournament, or make an in-app purchase. This may include your display name, device identifier, gameplay events, and payment-receipt metadata returned by Apple App Store or Google Play.
We share information with payment processors (Apple, Google), infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services), and analytics providers only as necessary to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
Account, gameplay, and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable financial and regulatory rules.
You may request deletion of your account by contacting [email protected]. Some records (e.g. financial transactions) may be retained as required by law.
If you choose to add an email address to your account, we use it for a single purpose: account backup and restore. When you add your email, we send you a one-time message containing a secure link so you can recover your account on a new device. We do not send marketing or promotional email, and we do not send payment, receipt, or other money-related email to this address. Adding an email is optional, and clicking the secure link is what confirms the address. Email is sent from [email protected], which is a monitored mailbox you can reply to.
SkillCash is not directed to children under 17 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
